The need for technical support from eJet
The key issue we see is to avoid “gold-plated” facilities – in other words, over-designed or over-engineered.
It is not only the capital cost of a project which can affect stakeholders’ goals. We have calculated that if a facility is too large or too complex, it also costs significantly more to operate and maintain.
Over the lifecycle of the infrastructure, this additional cost can outweigh the original capital cost by several hundred percent. This means that operating costs have to be passed on to users as higher fees and tariffs, or the risk of losing money is increased. Inevitably this puts unnecessary pressure on an operation.
Without exception, technical activities must result in a fit-for-purpose solution in full accordance with industry standards and codes, and in compliance with relevant legislation.
Why use eJet?
Our clients have come to us at various stages of a project. The technical solution rarely stands alone, but is generally the result of a commercial process to solve a problem or reduce a risk in the most cost effective way.
eJet understands customers’ commercial aspirations as well as designing systems that are effective and operable.
eJet is able to take a project from its initial concept right through to delivering a fully constructed, tested, commissioned and operating entity.
The list of technical services on this page shows the depth of our capability. While these are ‘categories’ of services, we typically apply a bespoke solution which embraces a range of skills.
