eJet International works with clients at all stages of an aviation fuel development project – whether at tender or build stage.
Risk Assessment
Risk assessment is a step in a risk management procedure where we objectively evaluate risk, and ensure assumptions and uncertainties are clearly considered and presented. It should be seen as a continuous process – so it straddles any development process and day-to-day fuel operations.
The assessment is our determination of quantitative or qualitative value of risk related to a situation and a recognised hazard.
Quantitative risk assessment requires calculation of two components of risk: the magnitude of the potential loss and the probability that the loss will occur.
Risk Mitigation
Risk mitigation reduces the probability of a risk occurring, and limits the impact of the risk if it does occur. It requires a detailed understanding of the process, whether it be a business process, construction activity or operational procedure.
How to benefit from eJet’s expertise
eJet prefers to be involved in development projects from the outset, since our input can save cost and improve procedures. However we are accomplished at joining a project which is partway through and making a positive impact.
A thorough approach can ensure contractual issues are avoided with suppliers. We can also step in when issues occur to assess what went wrong, or to remedy situations for the future.
